We had our first meeting on Wednesday and although it wasn't very well attended we had a good time planning what direction our year will take.  And we had ice cream.

Here are the notes from this meeting, very important info here as to dates of meetings and place!

Meetings
1st and 3rd Mondays of the month
6:30 - 8:00 pm
at the Becker’s 1280 Deer Ridge



FIRST MEETING IS SEPTEMBER 15TH
No school  No meeting
If you can‘t attend please tell us at least 24 hours in advance



SECOND MEETING IS OCTOBER 6TH



THIRD MEETING IS OCTOBER 20TH



Tentative goals for this year
Silver Award
Savannah Trip, possibly February 13-16



Parent Participation
Need every parent involved in some aspect of helping, please see Ms Jenny to register tonight



Need Fall Product chair and a Cookie Mom/Dad



We will be communicating via a blog.
Front page will be public but other pages will be password protected



Calendar will be there, links to permission slips etc



We will not be sending out emails and texts and phone calls, our time is limited this year and we need to make the best use of that time.
